It looks like a turnip that has bolted and gone to seed....or collard, or mustard

I say radish too. I let a few go to seed here and there to keep the lady bugs hanging around. The native green bees like them too.

?why can't I add a picture to this post? OK- got it...Green bee on radish bloom

you can only add pics in a discussion, not an album, sorry. Only the poster can add them.

Thanks David,
It would not let me add it to my original posting/comment, but then I saw the edit button on the bottom of my comment after posting and added it that way.

It's a green bee on a white radish bloom. His back legs are packed full of yellow pollen.

But all the other radishes are still growing.
I planted, collards, indian mustard, broccoli, cauliflower, radishes and lettuces in that bed. All my tags blew away or got discolored, I have lots of surprises in my garden.

individual plants can for some strange reason bolt. Like onions...set out 15, 2 or 3 may go to seed. Something stressed that plant and caused it to bolt early..It happens...

It looks like the Chinese cabbage that over-wintered and bolted in my garden. In my experience, mustard/cabbage family flowers are usually yellow. Radishes are white or pink.

Abigail, 8 kids grown, 1 ripening and 8 grandkids- what a harvest!
