Yes. I've been reading general posts on the pros and cons of this, and most say the option hasn't been activated. But that was a year ago... If you check my profile [green bar: Go>MemberDirectory>Alpha...> I'm currently on page 63 -- if they have a member search button I haven't found it] you may or may not be able to see my addy once I add you to my Buddy List. I think that was the purpose of the list. I can't check it... ANYWAY, if you can get it that way fine. Otherwise I'll have to post one; probably create a disposable addy because spammers inevitably get it . Filters only do so much...

Hi, I only last year grew some flanders poppies in my veggie garden ,and they were gorgeous. So I started wondering if I could grow poppies for seed- I remember seeing "breadbox" poppies in a seed catalog once a long time ago. Can you get seeds for baking with from any poppy? A little google searching turned up an odd fact (if it's true) that if you plant the poppyseed from your spicerack you are committing a felony- that culinary poppyseed is imported (and legal) because it comes from the opium poppy, and that possession of the live plants is illegal (those who defy the law get beautiful flowers in a wide variety of colors). So what's an organic gardener/amateur bread baker to do?

I've seen bread poppy seeds in seed catalogs, so they may not be illegal.
Abigail, 8 kids grown, 1 ripening and 8 grandkids- what a harvest!
