I have a very extensive herb garden (many would just be lump in with "flowers"), but am always looking for new/more/others. Would like to get lime balm, chevril, burnett, Hungarian paprika pepper, Jacob's ladder, Job's tears, nigella, pennyroyal, rue, white sage, sweet woodruff, tansy, unusual thymes, wormwood(absinthium). Lol, what a wish list...
Have herb and flower seeds, some veggie seeds. Ask an I may be able to help.

Don't need lemon balm, thanks; I aggressively cut mine back the other day. It, many of my mints, the chamomile, and Greek oregano are trying to overrun the place.
I'd appreciate the burnett and Jacob's ladder. I've trade sufficient seed from bachelor's buttons, coriander, echinacea, Genovese basil, nasturium (mixed), summer savory. Will soon have borage, cayenne pepper, coreopsis (Early Sunrise), dill, Greek oregano--if I catch seed fast enough.
Any interest you?

Hi, Jude. I'd like to try the Four O'Clocks. What are you looking for? My above post has some things, but I really can trade other things, just not to too many people. For instance, I also have Forget-Me-Nots and Chocolate Foxglove, Sunflowers and Lilliput Zennia, and various veggies, especially beans.
Hmmm...ma'be I ought to just post an available trade list and then post updates if needed...

I am a new gardener, so I have nothing to offer. But I have always wanted to start an herb garden, so if anyone is willing to help me get started I would really appreciate it. I can send SASE. Thanks

First off, Jude, some internet advice: send email with your home address, don't post it; you never know who may get it. I'll send the zinnys and FGN in a few weeks and will tell you when I send.
Garden Rookie, I can help get you started, but you need to tell me where you are, too, and what sort of herbs you want to grow.

Thanks Jems. I am in upstate South Carolina. (zone 7) I am looking mainly for herbs to cook with, (parsley, thyme, basil etc) but also anything scented, different mints, or lemon scented herbs. If anyone is willing to help, send me an e-mail with your contact information and I will send a SASE. My e-mail is neenie864@juno.com
THANKS!
