The lady of the house was chasing squirrels out of her garlic patch! She sounds like a sailor when she does that! I just watched! I chase on occasion, but, man, it's way more funny to sit back and watch the lady do it!

Oh, darn, She's screaming at me now! Want's to know why I'm not doing my critter control job? She has a short memory! Bone in freezer! Humph! I don't work for free! I should get union wages, just like everyone else!

Hey Bandero Pups, what shall I call you guys? Got a name? Say hi to your master Tin gull, for the lady of the house!

Hi Petie!

Well I don't have that problem myself with the short legs, and I'm fixed Cuz, well, the witchy lady said I must be! Hope you find a date! Maybe there are some nice catches to be found at the new place you moved to!

Hey Petie, the lady said to say hi to Boubon Jim for her, and to tell him: Great Job on the greenhouse. Have you marked that new territory yet? If not, well, get busy! Never let a new structure go unmarked! And don't forget to tear up those bags of potting soil too! Yep, the people persons hate that too! Even worse than pooping where they step! I had a cousin that ripped a new bag open, and well, I better not tell ya all that! You are a friend! Best not to give you ideas that could limit your time on this planet! Hahahahaha

Hey Queenie, I can dance on my hind legs like that too, course I haven't got wings to flap. But I must look a lot sillier when I do it cuz it always makes mom laugh. You've got such pretty feathers.

Hey Petie, it's good to see another leg challenged pup here. Smiler

quack quack, ha ha! So you a buttom end kinda pup,
pretty tail feathers for a pretty ducky GIRL!

but read my lips, no... thats look at my bill, us ducky girls have black markings on our bills but the drakes have clear bills, in the mallard family anyway, not sure about other duckys.
and I can quack quack quack! drakes just quebe quebe quebe!

I told a little bit of my ducky menopause story on page one of this topic.

lets see mom didn't take many baby pics, none at all when we were wee ones Frowner Most of her pics are of that old yellow dog who use to be around here.

Here's my two sisters and both boyfriends, one of my sisters was a mostly white indian runner, shes standing behind me on the right. We were about 4 years old here me thinks, my littler sister in the middle, see the markings on her bill and the boys have none:

Okay cool this is in lil runner's pool, we're close to age five now because 'Baby girl' my indian runner sister was killed by those two mean boys in the pool, not to long after we turned five. We were all visiting her in her yard, she loved us, but them boys were always pounding on her like they probably would a 'feather pillow' if they had one. So Baby girl had a yard of her own from spring thru fall when the boys are/were very horny! Ya'll boys sure stay horny for a long time!
I'm not in the pool, I'm taking a nap on the left hand side there, see, on the bricks, I love naps! see I'm almost done changing feathers, littler sister is in the pool with the boys:

Here's another one, see how the bills are different on the boys, I don't think my head is all green yet. Poor Baby girl, she really wanted to get in too:

Hey I can dance in the pool! You get a really good look at my bill too,.... no more butt pictures!!:

Something bad happen to me when I was a litte hen, mom thinks maybe that could have something to do with why I quit laying eggs and changed my feathers, we just a wonder....

When I was a little hen, we were allowed to go down to the big pond, and we could play down there all day long so much fun! Yummy yummy stuff in that pond, mom thought at age 6 months we would be okay,
Then one day a mean old snapping turtle grabbed me by the top of my head and tried to pull be down into the water and drown me!!! Well my two sisters quacked and quacked as loud as they could, calling for mom & dad to come and help, help help!!!!! I spread my wings out so that mean old turtle couldn't pull me under. Dad came out into the water there with a big stick, and beat on that mean old turtle, about then the top of my head popped off, Ooh it hurt bad hurt!!but I came out of that pond quick quick! Mom was so worried, and she even cried, right along with me and my sisters, we quack quack-cried...For days mom put stuff on the top of my head, the boys kept biting my boo boo, making me bleed, but I ended up with a scare that mom said looked like a crown. A crown for a beautiful

Hey guys!

I got to go out and play with my toy tonight!

See our yard? The man says it looks like that because 3 dogs lived here. We all started living here in 1991. That was my mom, and then came Dad, and then came me and 5 siblings that they gave away! Well, they didn't give me away!

That's how I got my name! Lucky! Lucky to live here! Hahahaha

Anyway, that yard has been taken over by weeds and crabgrass, and whatever else in the past years! It was not us peeing on it! The Lady was SO SLOW, TO FIGURE THAT OUT! Good grief!

The man just threw grass seed over hardpan rock this week. The lady said he was an idiot! It will never take. That's what she said! I tend to agree with the lady of the house! Here I am, tolerating that idiot!

He loves me too death though, so I better shut up, or no supper for me!
