The glossary for my book which is finish already would not useful on this forum. I thought glossary on this board would be useful for newbies.
But guess most you are to self-center in you hatred toward me to do something for newbies.

In Grid's defense, if he was writing a book, asking people here for a list of terms they are confused by sounds like a good research strategy to me. Of course in that case, I'm sure he would want to create his own explanations.
