Muddy knees David! Compost is my friend. Every day I enroll in gardening school. Some days it feels like kindergarten!

I'm planning on it, but will probably have to make it a quick cup due to a pile-up of stuff to finish. Like the smaller of my cold frames and starting a bunch of new seeds! (Wish it wasn't quite so cold out, this would be more fun.)

Harvest

O, fruit loved of boyhood! ..the old days recalling,
When wood-grapes were purpling and brown nuts were falling!
When wild, ugly faces we carved in its skin,
Glaring out through the dark with a candle within!
When we laughed round the corn-heap, with hearts all in tune,
Our chair a broad pumpkin, our lantern the moon,
Telling tales of the fairy who travelled like steam
In a pumpkin-shell coach, with two rats for her team!

Lisaann,
I will try!
I'm now waiting for the Garden show to come on the radio at 8 am.

I'm heating up some previously frozen (by a company not by me) vegie lasangna (sp) for breakfast. It's cold and gray out. I've got some writing work to do, but dang, there's a good basketball game on at 12:30 (Detroit Pistons is my team). So what to do...what to do.

At 3 is a documentary about how people of faith are tackling the climate crisis.

gosh, here I am spilling all my news, and everybody's asleep, and I won't have anything to say later! Razzer

Lisaann,
Will the conversation be on a new thread?

ok, I hope to catch you all later.

Ellenr,
Did you ever set up Yahoo instant message? That's where we do coffee with.

I'm listening to your plant doctor show on the internet right now. You listening?

ohhh, no I didn't. Blue streak offered to help me set it up (Thanks, Bluestreak!}, but I didn't want to add something else to my computer.

Why is Yahoo INstant messenger better than posting to the forum?

e

yes I am listening. I wanted to call in, and I did but I got a wrong # and woke up somebody! I feel terrible. I better call him back and apologize. haha
But the web site does not show the phone # at least I can't find it. Isnt' that dumb for a call-in radi show?
I have to wait til she announces it.
so you are listening online?
I can't get it online.
if i get thru, i am going to ask question re milk thistle-that'll be me.

I'll be listening for you. Doesn't seem like she has too many callers right now.

IM is faster to talk.

I won't be around Sunday, so.....

Anyone want to do chitchat Saturday night, say 8:00pm eastern time, 7:00pm central and so on?

I figure the chats will get fewer now that spring is here (though I can't tell it yet) Brrrr! We will all be busy during daylight, but, we do have to come in from outside sometime! Darn!

So maybe we can do them one night through the week after sunset to brag or complain, or just say HI!

You know what I'm saying.

Well, hit me up!

I will probably have to take a pass this week and next. If I'm around tomorrow night I'll look for ya, but probably won't be here. Catch up with y'all soon!
