I am looking for some simple directions for setting up a portable compost bin. My second grade daughter has chosen composting for her science fair project - the idea of using big, fat worms was too much to resist. Any help would be appreciated.

Jazbug, Go to OverTheFence and go to a message from LindaP, written on January 1. She is a true expert. I wrote her and asked for her article on setting up a worm bin. She e-mailed back to me and my worm bin is fully operational. I actually used two plastic boxes that you store blankets in and then followed all of her directions. Total cost for boxes-$8.00-ordered worms from wormman.com-1,000 for $18.00. She also is wonderful at answering questions as you go along. Good Luck!
