Ever notice the face of a sunflower when it first opens and continues to grow to full size? This must be the first stop for hundreds and hundres of wasp, bees,.. more or less, our garden helpers. I've seen many questions about companiopn plants..well..as long as not planted to close to other plants( I believe sunflowers roots put off an anti-growth chemical) wouldn't they be the perfect companion? Just my 2 cents worth.
