Have my garden planted intensive style. No mulch and no drip lines. I hand water.
If it is 88 to 92, hot humid should I water every other day? I have all sorts of stuff - lettuce, peppers, tomatoes, potatoes, cukes, beans, melons, radish and squash.
Or should I water the lettuce every other day and the rest every 3 days in such weather?

The weather has less to do with it than the moisture retained in the soil, which makes it hard to develop a strict schedule.
Dig your finger a few inches into the soil in at least some of your different beds. If the soil feels moist, wait until later in the day or even the next day & check again. If dry, water. And when you do water, water deeply. You want that water reaching as much of the root systems as possible. That's where it does the most good.
After awhile, you'll get at least a basic idea of how long your garden retains moisture from each watering.

The spacing of your plants greatly affects their water requirements. You mention they are planted intensively, but how intensive?
Along with examining the soil, look to your plants for signs. The leaves will start to droop and the stems will become less rigid when the plant doesn't have enough water. Ideally you want to water before the plant reaches this state, but you can use this to learn when you've waited too long.
If a plant does begin to wilt it closes its pores to conserve water. This action also shuts down photosynthesis, not a good thing for obvious reasons.
