I live in Hawaii so I can grow stuff year round. I am going to start a container garden soon. I am looking for information on what plants can be planted in the same pots. Such as can cucumber be planted in the same pot as tomato. Also a few others. Is there a book that will tell me?

Rodale publishes a good one. Right on this site, click Almanac and that should lead to the source.

I also have "Carrots Love Tomatoes", which I like a lot. However, I just purchased "Great Garden Companions" by Sally Jean Cunningham, which I like even more. It contains beautiful pictures, a wealth of information on companion planting and attracting beneficial insects, and is written in an easy-to-read, friendly style.
