Has anyone ever tried this type of tomatillo? Bought a plant from a local organic plant farm. She said they are tiny and just pick and pop in your mouth or make jam. Thinking if I want to make jam, better go back and get a few more.

I think what you are referring to is a ground cherry, a sweet tomatillo of a related species. I've never eaten one, but wish me luck growing them this year for the first time!

...they do grow wild where I live, but they are very rare...
