Organic Gardening will upgrade its login and registration system on
December 11. The new system is needed to support some of the major site
enhancements that we are currently developing. The new system is shared with
other Rodale sites, including Prevention, Men's Health, Runner's World and Women's Health.

Last fall, I was interested in using alfalfa meal for soild fertilizer. It seemed it would get me where I needed to be by itself. Looking at different mail order catalog, it was also the most cost effective solution. Until I added shipping cost. I called local gardening stores, and none carried alfalfa meal. Only one said he thought he could order it. One told me rabbit food was alfalfa meal? Is that true? If so, how can I know if it will have the NPK ratio I am expecting?
