I am seeing lots of ornamentals on my vines. I planted a variety pack. How do I know when to pick them? They are really cool to watch grow. I show them off to everyone!

Wait until the vines have died, then pick them. I usually wait til after the first frost, if you get a frost.

Mumsey, which variety do you plant? I have always thought that we are too cold in Montana to grow them. It seems like they are 100-120 days to maturity when I read about them in seed catalogs. I would love to grow them too!
