Farmhound, Thanks for your input and reminding the forum that all gardeners do not live in climates where winter,i.e.. killing freezes, keep pests/disease in check. A friend once told me that there was no need to argue facts. Southern gardeners need all the help they can get to grow organically and many of us know first hand the benefits of crop rotation. Bottom line: if you have good harvests without rotating your crops, good for you; if you have problems and are already doing soil building and using organic pest/disease management, try crop rotation too. In my experience, it works.
