Organic Gardening will upgrade its login and registration system on
December 11. The new system is needed to support some of the major site
enhancements that we are currently developing. The new system is shared with
other Rodale sites, including Prevention, Men's Health, Runner's World and Women's Health.

US demand for home and garden pesticides (sometimes referred to as consumer pesticides) is projected to increase 4.8 percent per year to $1.7 billion in 2011. Although most leading active ingredients have maintained their market presence for years, new product introductions -- featuring more convenient packaging... different formulations, such as ready-to-use and superconcentrated versions -- will boost demand.
And this is perhaps the major reason why I discourage the purchase of any pseudo-'organic' product from a big chemical pesticide/herbicide company who'll only turn around and spend those profits on bigger, better (?) and more pesticides and herbicides that we can b!tch and moan about on these forums.
Isn't this a perfect example of "Throwing good money after bad"?
