On the Nutrikinetics website at www.foodisyourbestmedicine.com/organic.doc there is a summary of an abstract comparing 41 different studies of the nutritional contents of vegies. & fruits, organically vs. conventionally raised.
As we would expect, the nutrients are higher in the organically raised produce. The protein content was lower but of a higher quality. I'm sorry the entire abstract is no longer available on-line, as it had eye-opening spreadsheets of levels of nutrients.
This info. is a good "come-back" to those who say that organic foods have the same nutrients as conventionally grown foods. (Some argue that since both organic and conventionally grown plants are alive and fruiting, there is no difference - ignoring nutritional deficiencies like people can have...)
