Bristol Community College in Fall River, Massachusetts is pleased to announce the beginning of its Organic Agriculture Technician (OAT) program this fall (2009). This innovative curriculum includes 2 semesters of classroom study (fall & spring) followed by 3 semesters (spring, summer, fall) of a practicum/internship on an organic farm or similar enterprise. That's wonderful.

Who knew that doing what many of us have been doing for decades is suddenly a college course ending with a degree.
