Somewhere in the back issues of OG resides an outstanding recipe for a dish called kazotti. I think it was in the Nov/Dec 1997 issue but am not sure, all I know is this is the issue missing from my pile and the kazotti recipe is not in any of the others. Like mushrooms and sauerkraut? Can't go wrong with kazotti. Just be prepared to repeat the name several times to those who try it. They will love it and constantly say, "now what's that called again?", "how do you spell that?"......

A Google search on this turned up nothing relevant. What's in it and do you recall the approximate year or month of the issue?
