I just went and got tested in an attempt to finally resolve my swollen legs/feet problem that has been totally ignored by conventional medicine. Does anyone here know anything about it? I am now reading the "eat well for your type" meaning your blood type. It seems everything I thought was good for me is not doing me any good. I have made a high fiber whole wheat bread for over 30 years and now I'm off all wheat. I'm taking several types of drops and liver support and supliments . This is not cheap, almost $400 so far so I hope it helps me. I know it's my own responsiblity to keep myself healthy,so I'm going all in with this.Any info or input please.Does anyone here have any experience with it?.

Yes Mavis I know about it. The official website is dadamo.com I post on the forum as Gulfcoastguy. I've been to busy to follow it closely for the last year and a half but when I did it worked. My email is kermitcroaked@yahoo.com. I'd rather not discuss it on this site as the AMA feels rather threatened by it thus when you google it you will get all kinds of negative sites.

Thanks for the head's up on negitive sites,I'm just starting out on this plan, learning as I go.I will check out the site.It put's all the idea's I've had throughout my life about nutrition in question. I want to give it a chance to work for me.I have the freedom now to change anything I want(within reason) in my life. Not many get that chance.Again thanks and I'll be on that site today.

Hi LIttlefrog,

I am a Holistic Health Practitioner. I have been studying diet and nutrition since 1979. I recommend this persons philosophy: http://www.detoxtheworld.com/blog.php

I would also consider: http://search.lef.org/search/d...?s=1&QUERY=wobenzyme "Proteolitic Enzyme" therapy.

A biochemical work up by this person: http://alternativehealthandhealing.com/
She works via: phone/fax/email/local lab, so no need to live near her.

Best wishes!

Whatever combination you try, I hope it works well for you. I know what it's like to feel like you're going up "against" the conventional medical wisdom when it comes to diet (raised my kids dairy-free until they were in school, for the most part, and we still watch our milk consumption). All that said: my parents have tried one diet philosophy after another based on naturopaths' recommendations (they moved from Ontario to Manitoba), and have returned to the North American omnivore's diet, with smaller portions and more variety, organic where possible. It may be that you don't have to give anything up at all... just have smaller portions and try new things.

I have three seasons: GROW, *SEW*, and SEED CATALOG!

Personally, I think diet is somewhat dependent on where a person lives, the time of year, and his or her personal constitution. The food plan that worked best for me was when, upon the advice of an energy practitioner who specializes in such things, I switched to a diet that features more warming foods. That would not be right for everyone, but it works for me. Although I don't follow it as closely as I did for a while, it always helps me transition into fall / winter if I focus on warming foods for a bit until I get used to the season. And if I'm going to eat more cooling foods, I generally do so in the summer. Living where I do, and with my constitution, attempting a raw food or even a vegetarian diet would be a disaster.

Having said all that, my $ .02 is if you don't like the results you get from the first food plan you try, keep looking until you find a program on which you feel absolutely WONDERFUL!!!!
