I'm glad I did it, though, because I'm breathing a lot better. I know I can't go back. Some days are still a struggle. I won't preach, I swear, and I won't judge.

Hubby wasn't so lucky when he quit some 20 years ago and I kept on puffing. I hang my head in shame for that. Well, that's all in the past.

You are amazing. 114 days! I probably made almost that too, and then decided it wouldn't hurt to indulge occasionally. Stupid is what that was. I'm not back to smoking like I was, but the fact is, I still smoke. Plain and simple. Keep it up!

I must not ever get smug. I'm only one away from a pack a day. I must never ever forget that.

Meanwhile, Mary, just do whatever you can. I appreciate that it's difficult.
