I've just discovered gallons of them just there for the taking...Most are red now but rapidly beginning to turn. We've enjoyed them in salads, cobbler and ice cream so far. Thanks for any help with this terrible problem. Wink

I'll ditto the requeset. Mine are coming in now. I may have to resort to jelly.
You can also bag them up and freeze them for later. They freeze really well.

I'm envious of you both. Our canes froze off this winter so we will be doing w/o. last year I got a recipe for a blackberry upside down cake from Cooking Light. IT makes a small 8-9 inch cake with two cups of blackberries. This cake was a huge hit with the family. I'm trying to find someone near me with blackberries to trade/buy so I can try to make blackberry wine for my brothers in-law.

It's only a weed if you can't use it!
