Hello, Last evening, I got this inspiration to infuse the steaming water for my steamed butternut squash with rosemary. Wow! What a great idea! I'm going to try this with other things too.
A couple years ago, I started oven roasting chicken with tons of rosemary too. I literally make a bed of it for the chicken (parts) below them, and then a nice covering over the top, drizzled with olive oil. MMmmm.
