For some reason I felt I had to grow lots of tall sunflowers. I have some huge heads now. One is bigger than my torso! I have been cutting the smaller heads and drying by my onions to sell for feeding birds. But these big heads have really big seeds and so what do I do to sell them for people-eating? I couldn't find much info that helped on how to tell when to cut them and so on.
