Made some chili tonight, we are expecting our first "winter??" storm tomorrow.

Anyway, I dumped in a couple handfuls of yellow cherry tomatoes, just a few minutes before it was done, just kind of heated the toms, but not really cooked. They looked so cheerful bobbing around in the chili, and added great fresh taste.

Just an idea. Mrs.K

yes
Great idea.
I took my yellow tomatoes and made a batch of all yellow taco sauce out of them. Used some red and some green jalepenos. It was very pretty sauce.

Second batch of yellow tomatoes, I took to work and sliced and put on the salad bar. They are just so pretty and cheerful no matter what you do with them.
