Sorry, I have no pictures, but I did take care of some UFO's lately. Had a gorgeous piece of paisley print cotton laying around and finally sewed it into shirts, one for me and one for DD#2. Actually I had to make a pattern for the daughter and I've made her a couple shirts now. Sure glad I made a duct tape dummy of her!

I've been knitting prayer shawls, trying to use up some of the acrylic yard I inherited. There are still so many bags of yarn left, but I'm slowly making my way thru it. Guess I need to make some big afghans again.

Been trying to clean out and clear out things I am never actually going to use and send them to the thrift store. But then I drag home more "stuff" to create with, so I haven't gained any ground. My last find was pieces and parts of an old piano that I'm going to do "something" with.

Chris I was just thinking about you after seeing your super cute knitting on your blog!

My biggest UFO - a double wedding ring quilt for my wedding...13 years ago. ufo. Went back to it to turn it into a baby blanket about 11 years ago. Still ufo. continued it for the second baby's blanket. 5 years later, still ufo.

I have some unfinished knitting from my mother in law who died about 5 years ago. May try to finishe it one day...

I knit, sew, gourmet cook, organic garden...
They allllll require time.
I look at things like "scrap booking", I would love that! Pfft... like I need another hobby!
I have a granny square afghan I made for my mom, that I've so far gotten only the squares crocheted. I began to sew together the squares, and they're not 'equal' in size, and the yarn wouldn't pull thru nice and smooth as I sewed, argh! That was... 3 years ago now?

LOL! exactly! When I go into craft stores I don't even wander close to the scrapbooking rows. I just avoid that whole part of the store. I'd likely get sucked in and never come out.

Once I was buying a christmas present of some paints for my dd. My sons were with me, and I was surprised that they came into the store with me. I was even more surprised when my teenage boys each took me by the hand, like I had done years ago, when they were small.

"Mom, we are going to get what you want, and WE ARE NOT LOOKING at ANYthing else." It was a very quick trip, perhaps a record for me/ whistle
