That bag is my design, too. Smiler I really don't want to put it on my market table. I like it a lot.

I think you'll like that last one. Smiler

And then I get cheeky:

Jeans seats sometimes need pre-emptive attention so the pockets don't tear a hole in the fabric. Specifically: fusible interfacing inside the seat to reinforce the fabric at the top corners of each pocket BEFORE the yarns break! It's best done with the pockets off the pants, and then stitched back on. And I couldn't resist a little fun once I had the back pockets off.

That's great stuff! And I really like the last onesie. I love the jeans too. I wish I could sew that well. How do you ever get the pockets back on the jeans so perfect? If I were to try that it would be pretty obvious that I couldn't sew a straight line.

Smiler The pockets always leave an unfaded patch on the denim. It's easy to get perfect placement. And the old thread always leaves a perfect line to follow. It doesn't hurt to have a walking foot on the sewing machine, either.

I stayed up until about 1am today working on a Canada Day corset for the parade. Didn't finish it, but I got it in good enough shape to wear anyway. I'll see if DH has good pics of that on the camera. I was busy getting RSI in my wrist.

Everything is adorable. It's obvious you love your embroidery and you're damn good at it. Did you end up putting the bag up at the market table?

How is market doing, anyway?

I like cheeky!

Eeker

I can't believe I sold the FSM bag... I can't believe someone else who groks FSM saw it, wanted it, and paid for it...

*chortle*

Ahem. Sorry. sometimes the market gets me down - I can bask in compliments only so much before the lack of purchasing people make me wonder if I'm posing as a crafter.
