This is a squash the size of a water mellon. but you cube it and a cook..add brown sugar..and it taste like SP.. What exactly is this thing..Thanks Ed SE KY

Thanks for you reply OregonRed that squash will make about 10 meals easy. Will cook and freeze it all..great for Veg guy here in KY
