Does anyone have an organic way of getting rid of the insects in the soil of my houseplants before I bring them into the house for the winter. thank you in advance, marianne.

Use the classic garlic/hot pepper powder teas. It controls almost all soft body insect pests.

Mix in some Pyola (from Garden's Alive) into a large bucket of water. Submerge your plants completely for 5 minutes. Remove and let them air out. Bye Bye bugs...and their eggs.
