Has anyone had problems with receiving their OG subcription?

I have contacted OG about it and their cust. support team online is a disgrace to the magazine. The only reply I received was how they have made 2 issues from the old.

This is ludicrous. Hope no one ever needs help in this area, especially with a "jcb" at OG online cust. ser., because I have been trying since Aug. to receive one issue of my 3 yr. subcription, and it's almost impossible.

I can imagine that customer service has been rather busy since the changes, still I have never had a problem myself with customer service, and they have always fixed any problems with my subscription (except for the long time it takes to receive my issue, it seems that mine gets shipped 2-3 weeks after others get theirs).
Try calling customer service on the toll free number and I bet they will fix your problem. If not then well take this to the top.

When OG started up Organic Style, I was told my OG subscription was transferred over. I do not remember being consulted about the change. I called and was told I would once again receive OG, like in the good old days, but it would take a few months to revert back. I am patiently waiting, meanwhile...

When I asked to transfer back it happened rather quickly. My only problem was waiting for that one issue. I've had no problems otherwise.

You signed up for a 3-YEAR subscription in August? Oh, my! What bad, bad, bad, bad timing! Did you by any chance receive Organic Style in September? If so, you were "swiched" along with most of the rest of us.

If you called and complained quickly enough before they ran out, you got a copy of the "new and reduced" OG magazine. It looks like your new subscription fell through the cracks. So sorry...see if you can get the e-mail address of a real person in charge. I think they will eventually fix the problem. You may consider requesting a full refund as the future of the magazine is iffy in my opinion.

Thanks to all of you for sharing your experience of been switched without any consultation. Until yesterday, I didn't even know the OG magazine was still "alive" and thanks to all of you I just found out I can request to be switched back. I hope OG survives I really enjoy it!
