Hello!
I planted some collard greens this spring. I noticed last night that there are small green worms on them. The worm is the same color as the greens and about a half inch long. Any ideas as to what they are and how I can get trid of them?

Thanks!

Diligent squishing with fingers. If that don't work, try some BT only on your collards. Manual elimination is always the best way though. Just inspect often!

I will try squishing them tonight. If that doesn't get rid of them, then I will try the BT.

Thank you so much!

If you use the liquid Bt, add a few drops of the purest liquid soap (I use Dr. Bronners) as a sticker. You can also use the dust: Dipel is one brand name. I like to have both types on hand.
