A thunder storm came today, complete with hail. It turned my garden white.

The hail did damage to every leaf from trees to beets just out of the ground. Everywhere I look there is little bits of leaf lying on the ground. It damaged the asparagus on the side it came from so that the shoots grew in a hook shape. I guess I will just wait a week to see if things are going to grow or if I will have to replant

i'll bet that was nurve racking, probly shook up the bees a little bit too, i realy enjoy your pics james, looks like a piece of heaven, minus the hail of corse

It looks like most everything survived. Everything got beat up some though. It is still cool here. Yesterday got up to 61° F. Things are not growing very fast.
I guess I will toss in a picture from last winter.
