Just wondering...if grape hyacinth bulbs are planted in March (it's been unusually cold this season) will they bloom?

Depends on if they were stored in a cool, dark spot for needed dormancy. The odds are good, go for it!

They're a hardy tough little bulb. If no blooms THIS year, next year for sure.

I blew it this year and planted a bunch of overlooked fall bulbs about a month ago(Irises, Daffodils and Tulips). They had been kept out in my carport and they are now coming up! Don't know if they'll bloom, but it's better than taking the chance of them rotting or getting forgotten again.
