Can't such a thread just be deleted? Maybe no moderators here, but some sort of built in filter...

The staff at OG will step in for something nasty (way before your time here Jems, be thankful you missed that littel episode in our history) but prefer to let us mostly monitor ourselves.

There is a little yellow triangle in the bottom corner of each post that lets us alert our hosts at OG know about an objectionable post, but I'm not sure they'll worry too much over this.

For the most part, if you sign up as a memeber and start writing posts, nobody will pull a Big Brother and check it out to see if it fits a criteria...so personally I just ignore the occasional post like this and go chat with my buddies on other posts.
