my tomatoes have little bumps....I never paid much attention to them. Yellow leaves just make me think they need more food..tomatoes are super heavy feeders.

 Nothing to worry about, its the nature of tomato plants to form those bumps...and if the bumps were to come in contact with soil, the bumps would produce roots. The yellowing of the lower leaves/branches is also the nature of tomato plants. You can trim them off if you want, or leave them...sometimes a new branch will form just above a yellow branch. The yellow branches will turn brown, dry out and fall off. Nothing to worry about..  Robin <') (~)/ ~~~~~~~ ***************** down in Louisiana, where the fire ant mounds grow.
