Did anyone else happen to hear the piece on All Things Considered (NPR radio) this evening? A member of the online Daylily community posted that she was being tossed out of her Texas rental property where she had planted an extensive collection of daylilies. The Dave's Garden forum organized and scads of people showed up to move her lilies to her folks' place. The story said it involved hard labor in the Texas heat and some serious investment in gasoline by those good neighbors. It brought tears to my eyes. Could anyone who is a member of Dave's Garden (I think you have declared yourselves in the past,) please send a Well Done from us here at OG?
Thanks,
Ria
