I started pansies the 1st week of Jan under lights. Also started petunias at the same time (now I know it was too early for the petunias, they started blooming Mar 1.) They look really good but only 1 out of 25 plants has bloomed- that's it. No sign of blooms to come. The petunias are blooming like crazy and had the same soil mix including compost. What did I do wrong?

I think, not real sure, that Pansies need less nitrogen and more light to blossom than do Petunias.
