Had me a big 'ol sandwich today. I should have eaten about 3 of them, was outside 10 hrs.
Out at the butt-crack of dawn, 5:30 a.m. planting the second round of corn. Put down newspaper and hay over the entire potato patch. Nearly finished the edges of all the sections with newspaper and grass. Dug up some perrenials for someone. Weeded a bit. Staked out the area for DH to put up another fence for winter squash. Talked to the farmer neighbor about not using chems. He's deaf (as in: doesn't want to hear it). Finished up the new hosta area. Cleaned all the built up crud out from between the 2x6's on the deck. Played with CocoBean. Turned the compost. Watered all new babies and deck plants. Planted some flowers from seed. Raked grass for the garden. Didn't get as far as pulling any rhubarb! It's ready and I'm ready for bed.
Night-night.

'Night, Mumsey. You have more energy than I do, that's for sure.
Although I did do quite a bit myself today. The bad side of that is that the laundry didn't get done and I'm running out of clean underwear. That's okay, I can borrow DH's...LOL!

Evil succeeds when good people do nothing. No trees were killed or animals harmed in the sending of this message; however a great many electrons were horribly inconvenienced. Farm's blog: http://allnaturalsimplelife.blogspot.com/
