Have you ever used the greens of kohlrabi?

I quite like the edible stem from the plant, but have never tried the greens.



Plant a little seed...........

You can eat those too. In salads, or saute them like spinach. Pretty darn good!

I use them all the time - the flavor reminds me most of kale, though they are not quite as tough. I usually use them in a stir-fry, but in the fall, when I harvest more of them all at once, I sometimes make a soup, using a kale soup recipe.
