Last year, I grew an oriental green mix. I think it was called chop suey mix, from Seeds of Change of Burpee. It was mostly cabbage family plants, with some bunching onion and maybe one variety of lettuce. It was great for salads and stir fries, but this year I can't find it. It isn't in the seeds of change or Burpee catalogs on line. Anyone have any ideas where I could get a mix like this?
One other question--Is it good to add more soil to starts after they have germinated, to prevent lodging and stimulate rooting? I'm pretty sure this would help for tomatoes, but I'm not sure for crucifers.

I get a Siamese Dragon Stir-Fry Mix from rareseeds.com It is a great mix, with some weird things in it, such as the huge mustard spinach, and the turnips that grow above ground (for lack of better name), as well as bok choy, napa, edible chrysanthemum, and more normal things. Some of it is popping up in my garden now, after dying off in the winter.
