...... How you can get 7 colors of flowers from 5 seeds? Park Seed, gerbera daisies to be exact! Never claimed to be the sharpest crayon in the box but something doesn't compute. AND, how many multiples of 5 do you have to order to get those last 2 colors?
(I would have used the "confused" emoticon but couldn't find the straight up and down line on my keyboard - "CONFUSED")

I think the individual plants sometimes produce more than one color...but I could be wrong! Maybe they mean that the Gerbera daisies bloom in 7 colors, not necessarily that YOU'LL get all 7 colors. If you plant them, let us know how many colors you ended up with. I've grown them before (not from seed) and they are a very neat flower. I found them to be very prone to disease however and not worth the fuss - they didn't stay nice and healthy for very long. Maybe others have had better experiences with them???

Hey Dirt Pit

That straight up and down line is the key just above the 'Enter' key. The 'shift' of the \ .
Someone here had to tell me that. To look at it, its more like a broken line.

Hold the "Alt" key down and at the same same type 1 6 7 . Then let go of the Alt key. Nothing happens while you type but when you let go of the Alt key viola! Like this :. For some reason it only works using the # keypad on the right. Or it could be you have to answer the quiz question first? Big Grin
Hope it works.

You are most welcome. Dirk Pit, he's my cousin. Learned everything he knows from me! Big Grin Read them all. My screen name is a result of my propensity for playing in the dirt - in the early days playing in the dirt road in front of our house, later dirt bike and Jeep, later more Jeeps and finally the garden. I keep waiting for the call from Clive to knock it off. Pure coincidence.
