I finally received my last shipment which I ordered in Feb. Is it too late to plant the potatoes? I also have sunchokes, pieces of the root, and an artic orange bush, piece of root. Do I simply dig a hole & plant these or is there some preparation for them? There were no instructions nor a reason for it being so late.
