Any opinions on the use of IBDU or other synthetic organic fertilizers?

IBDU (Isobutylidene-diurea) or other synthetic organic fertilizers(?) are not worthy of use in any organic soil environment, they bypass and actually disrupt microbial functions within the humus cycle.

Ummm is this an oxymoron....sure sounds like one! I'd stay away. :-)

How do they "disrupt microbial functions within the humus cycle"?
