Can anyone tell me what are the root depths of different cover crops?

I have crimson clover, austrian winter peas, winter rye, oats, and wheat growing in my garden beds. Some of them have been growing there since September. I am going to green manure some of the areas next month in order to get ready for my spring garden. How deep do you think the roots are right now?

Does soil pH and soil texture affect cover crop roots a lot?
