It's raining hard today and yesterday.

I can't go out and play.
I got my back garden all edged last week (that was last week's 2 day absence).
I got my seed beds all cleaned up (mostly -- that was also last week's 2 day absence).
I lifted a toilet seat and the bowl roared at me, so I had to take a brush and scrubbing stone to the toilet monsters... almost didn't survive that...
I had to prepare for DD's birthday party on Tuesday night, by myself because DH managed to spike at 103F the day of that party, which I'm sure he did on purpose, but it was a real sickness, because he missed Wednesday, and that's his "fencing" night, and he's the instructor, and he had to cancel it, so I'm somewhat vindicated that he was feeling REALLY rotten...
Then there was... Oh, the minutiae of my life is depressing.
I up-potted a bunch of tomato seedlings today. That was fun. I had to cage half of them because there's no room for them on the grow shelf anymore, and I have to protect them from the cats. So they're in the WABBIT TWAP!

I was supposed to start yanking my perennials out of the front garden today, but with non-stop water falling from the sky, that couldn't happen. I expect it will happen in May. No big rush, anyway, as the cherry tree hasn't arrived yet... but my tulips are going to be in bloom when I dig them out. Poor things.

Next weekend, I expect to either die, or wish I had. I have to help a friend move into her first house. They're renovating the house. It's a DIY job. It's plagued by setbacks. It's not ready for occupation. The stuff's not packed up yet. They're packrats. It's looking worse than my move into my first house. If you don't hear from me by the middle of May, assume the worst. ;\
There's snow in this week's forecast. :_(
*GARDEN JUNKIE* I have three seasons: GROW, *SEW*, and SEED CATALOG!
