I have a small ivy plant that means a lot to me and I don't want to lose it. I noticed some very tiny bugs crawling on it with kinda like a web. Does any one know what they are? and does anyone know the measuremets and ingredents for geting rid of them. Thank you so much for any help.

You very likely have an infestation of spider mites Rhonda.
Give the plant a good shower right now to wash off as many adults as you can, use as strong of a blast of water that you can without damaging any leaves and make sure that you get all parts especially under the leaves and any crotches where they meet the stem. There will still be eggs present so you will have to repeat as necessary as they hatch, one way to check for them is to tap the leaves over a piece of white paper and if present you will see them crawling around. I wouldnt recommend horticultural oils or poisons but you could use some predatory insects to control the mites such as ladybug or lacewing larvae or even a different spider mite that will control the bad ones without harming your ivy. Using kelp extract and foliar feeding the plant will help to reduce the stress and make it stronger and healthier.

maintaining good humidity for ivy helps keep down your spiders mites. Don't know whether you would want to release ladybugs or pedators mites in your house Good Luck!
