I was searching for some definitive information re starting Venidium "Jaffa Ice" and came across another very inclusive germination data base for even the most rare annuals and perennials, trees and shrubs. Forgive me if this has already been linked. http://www.backyardgardener.com/tm.html(Scroll all the way down for the list). It's based on seed starting info from Thompson & Morgan, purveyors of just some of the most uncommon plant seeds. But I think it's easier to retain this list than to access their website for each individual seed.
Some of the symbols are a bit unclear. So, fyi: "S" = surface "JC" = just cover "L" = needs light for germination "D" = need darkness for germination
I think I'm going to have to print this one off because my laptop is getting a light film of seed starting mix on it.
